Whenever we are tasked with designing an item of packaging there is always the consideration to make the design as bespoke as possible to reflect the brand’s personality - we do this whilst also looking to enhance its purpose through clever design, where possible. We’ll always seek out opportunities to try and create something unique to your brand, and if we are limited to a pre-established format then we’ll still ensure that your brand story is expressed to the fullest through the design aesthetic.
1. Brand representation, expression and awareness
A successful packaging design should extend the brand experience beyond the the venue or point of purchase. By using your key brand graphical assets and communication tone, we’ll create a design which is distinct, identifiable and memorable. In effect it will become a piece of brand advertising in itself.
2. It’s all in the crafting
We’ll always carefully curate and suggest the most appropriate materials. This is important not only to ensure the safety, durability and integrity of the product, but to represent the overall brand story and values serving to enhance the user connection through a tactile, sensory experience. For example, we can imply the narrative of sustainability through the use of organic materials or we can create the perception of premium through elevated stocks and finishes.
3. More than just a container
Well designed packaging isn’t just about the aesthetics - it should enhance the user’s overall experience and feel like a natural fit to the brand. Thoughtful designed elements should serve its purpose effectively, so we’ll always carefully consider format & function for ease of use and practicality.
