Here are some projects of ours you might find interesting, which have some parallels to the work you're doing at Punch.

Hive Pubs

Reinventing the L&T pub game with Hive - Greene King's answer to the perfect pub franchise. We worked closely with their team to shape the entire concept, from a clear B2B and B2C proposition, internal DNA and communication structure, down to the name and identity that would resonate with operators and customers alike, and development of the interior design template. We're pleased to say it's been met with huge success, even winning an award for Best New Concept!

Pub & Grill

We've done a lot of work for Pub & Grill over the years across campaigns & comms, but perhaps most notably we recently planned and executed an entire year's worth of social content for them, along with a guide as to how that content could be supported through locally created assets and user generated features to create a well-rounded and engaging social presence. Each of their pubs could then use these assets to increase local take up at their individual sites.

Crafted Pubs

A new-to-market concept is always fun to work on because we get to flex every aspect of the business across a single project from start to finish, and show off how well we work as a team. This project for Greene King was exactly that, their foray into the world of premium pubs. The challenge was to tread the line between locally identified and centrally managed, which meant a hands on approach to both the core DNA (for that much needed consistency) whilst still having the flex and focus to share what would stand out at each site.

Farmhouse Inns

One of Greene King's most successful concepts, we've been lucky enough to work with them for nearly a decade, taking them on a journey from pubs that often ignored central guidance, to a well-managed brand with clear values and strong aesthetic. As well as ongoing campaign work, social content ideation & execution, and strategic menu development - we also developed the brand's core DNA and internal strategy. Engaging training assets to push their ops to the next level, glossary of terms and an extensive brand book have helped Farmhouse Inns succeed in the family dining field.

Be At One

They gave us a call to help consolidate things. Be At One knew their operations were good and were clear on their skillset, but wanted support in tightening up their brand strategy so that they could continue to deliver well operationally. We've found that with established brands like Be At One - this exercise delivers over and over for tightening your team as well as creating a more cohesive experience for your customers. Once that's in place, menu development, comms, content and collateral really start to sing.
