Even though his dreams were always big, his humble beginning took him to New York first and the Washington DC pioneering Tapas in the U.S. when founded iconic restaurants like Jaleo, minibar by José Andrés (a two-Michelin-starred venture), Zaytinya, Bazaar, China Poblano, and others, growing to nearly 40 locations worldwide including the recently acclaimed NubeLuz at the top of the Ritz-Carlton Nomad NYC.

Since +20 years key members of our team have developed a close relationship with him and his team, helping with F&B Branding projects all over the world as well as book designs, TV show graphics, and welfare initiatives – World Central Kitchen.
