Since its opening in 2099, The W Barcelona stands as a significant architectural and hospitality landmark on the city's coastline. 
Originally developed by Nova Bocana Barcelona SA, the building - later acquired by Qatari Diar for €200 million is composed of 473 guest rooms, including 67 suites and several F&B outlets with a distinctive mix of operations agreements. From lease agreements with Grupo Tragaluz and Coya, to self-managed concepts.
For such, Marriott and ownership appointed members of our team to first, conceptualise the regular 3-Meal restaurant to become a relevant independent outlet and then the rooftop that was losing its charm due to a fierce competition in the nightlife scene and unable to capture clientele during the day.
Thanks to the reconceptualization, both outlets are performing successfully again reaching record revenues.
