The first-ever W Hotel in Scotland, W Edinburgh anchors the mixed-use St James Quarter in Edinburgh’s City Centre.

From the very beginning, the team assigned interacted with Jestico + Whiles and Allan Murray Architects  - designers of the hotel’s iconic "ribbon” – in the definition of the spaces and the FOH/BOH interaction due to ownership’s mandate to outsource the signature venue.

After a throughout Market Analysis and Visioning, Marriott and Nuveen mandated the team to find an operator for the signature restaurant and chef’s table. The team was able to run a very smooth process that led to the final choice of SushiSamba as the brand/operator bringing the fun atmosphere and the distinctive colorful Asian-Latin Fusion approach to Edinburgh.
