FRESH FAMILY DINING

  • Brand & Experience Strategy
  • Brand Design
  • Comms & Content

Farmhouse Inns already had strong foundations when Greene King asked us to reposition the brand, but the opportunity was to take it further. In a competitive pub market, with Toby Carvery firmly owning the roast occasion, Farmhouse needed a clearer and more distinctive role. The answer was simple: celebrate abundance, craftsmanship and family friendly dining through a true feast for the senses.

We began by redefining the brand strategy, establishing a clear proposition, values and personality within guidelines built for scale. From there, we refreshed the visual identity to better reflect the made from scratch food Farmhouse is known for. Every touchpoint was reworked, from menus and digital to social and roadside communications, delivering greater clarity, warmth and appetite appeal.

Hand drawn illustrations, expressive typography and purposeful messaging echoed the handcrafted nature of the offer. Photography played a leading role, captured by our team on site to showcase real dishes, real chefs and real family moments. Seasonal campaigns, animated content and internal engagement tools ensured the refreshed identity landed consistently across the estate, positioning Farmhouse Inns as generous, welcoming and confidently distinct.
