We were asked to redefine and refine the essence of Shimmers – not simply to refresh it, but to elevate what guests already loved. The focus was on capturing the effortless charm of the Mediterranean and translating it across every touchpoint. A striking new logo and refreshed colour palette were developed and carried seamlessly through the FFE and OSE, creating a cohesive expression of coastal elegance and contemporary sophistication.
The interiors celebrate light, texture and movement. Breezy whites, soft blues and natural materials echo the surrounding beachfront, while woven accents and artisanal details bring warmth and authenticity. A reworked layout strengthens the relationship between bar and restaurant, allowing guests to flow naturally through the space while always connected to the view.
The result is a refined al fresco experience that has firmly re-established Shimmers as one of Dubai’s must-visit dining destinations.
