Co-op’s strong ethos and values are something to be celebrated but their community, charity and sustainability innovations and initiatives just weren’t being felt by customers in their stores. The opportunity? Create a new £3 million flagship store in Lichfield, Staffordshire that would not only set a drastically different design direction for the brand but also effectively communicate these brand values.

Our new store template has now been rolled out to multiple other locations and features zero-waste refill stations, eco-friendly fridges with a 60 per cent lower carbon footprint, bespoke local landmark artwork and charity & community walls & displays.
