Parogon’s ambition to elevate community pubs into premium, food led destinations has shaped a creative partnership rooted in transformation. Together, we have reimagined each site to balance historic character with confident contemporary design, creating pubs with genuine presence and lasting appeal.
Block House at The Sheet Anchor marked the beginning. A once tired local now shifts seamlessly from a welcoming front bar to an impressive smokehouse set within a dramatic former barn, redefining it as a true dining destination.
At The Seven Stars, a 400 year old building was sensitively reinvented. Original beams, vaulted ceilings and cosy alcoves remain, enriched with bold colour, layered texture and a flexible private dining space that adapts from intimate to celebratory.
The Red House completed a million pound refurbishment in Shropshire. Distinct dining zones, rich materials and a secret garden with fire pits have restored its status as a pub worth travelling for.
Together, these projects have turned familiar locals into sought after regional destinations.
