Joe came to us with a winning street-pizza concept and dreams of bricks & mortar. Having spent serious time in Italy soaking up the ways of the pizzaiolo the way a doughball soaks up marinara - we knew he was the real deal. Joe knew pizza, we knew how to open a winning restaurant.
We helped Joe and his team build out the Crust Bros brand from the ground up, one charred-plank at a time. From the iconic lego-head pizza oven to identity & interior that would rally team, tourists and Londoners alike. A partnership we're still proud of to this day.
