CHALLENGE
YPP wanted to create a flagship student living destination that would redefine expectations of premium student accommodation. With growing demand from international students seeking a more aspirational lifestyle experience, the challenge was to design a scheme that justified a premium rental position while creating a genuine sense of community and belonging.

POWER OF HOSPITALITY THINKING™ 
We applied hospitality principles typically reserved for luxury hotels to student accommodation, creating a rich mix of social, study and lifestyle spaces. From sophisticated lounges and libraries to private dining facilities, wellness areas and a rooftop bar, every touchpoint was designed to support both academic success and social connection. The result was an experience-led environment that elevated the perception of student living.

OUTCOME
Live Oasis became YPP’s flagship student accommodation concept, setting a new benchmark for premium student living and demonstrating how hospitality-led design can transform expectations of the sector.
