Keane has worked with Emirates Leisure Retail, the regional Costa Coffee partner, for over twenty years. With a recent brand refresh came a new brief: uplift existing stores and define a new identity for the UAE flagships, staying true to the Costa DNA while giving the region something distinctly its own.

Keane balanced global consistency with local character, ensuring every store carried the Costa identity while feeling genuinely at home in its location.
